Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery
We ship across India through a trusted local courier. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. We do not ship outside India at present.
Tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we send the tracking details directly to you on WhatsApp, using the phone number from your order. Please make sure the number you enter at checkout is the one you use for WhatsApp.
Packaging and seals
Every order is gift wrapped as standard, with each piece in its own pouch. Every parcel is then closed with tamper-evident tape, which cannot be lifted and laid back down without leaving a visible mark.
Please film the parcel before you open it — the seal intact, the label visible, and the opening in one unbroken shot. If a parcel arrives with the seal already cut, do not open it: film it as it is and write to us straight away.
Returns and exchanges
If something is genuinely wrong — damaged, faulty, the wrong piece, or not what the product page described — write to us and we will put it right, and we pay the return shipping. We do not run an open no-reason returns window, so please ask us before you order if you are unsure about a size or a finish. Full returns, exchange and warranty terms →
