Terms of service

By placing an order with Enalika you agree to the terms below.

Our products

Our pieces are fashion jewellery, finished in 18K gold plating or a rhodium finish over skin-safe base alloys. They are not solid gold and are not sold as precious metal or as investment items. Stones are cubic zirconia or shell pearl unless stated otherwise.

Colour and appearance

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but screens vary and slight differences in colour and tone are normal. Small variations between individual pieces are a normal part of how they are made.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices or withdraw a piece at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Care and wear

Plated finishes wear with time and exposure. Damage caused by perfume, lotion, water, chlorine or general wear is not a manufacturing fault. Please see our Jewellery Care page.
