<h2>Shipping and delivery</h2><h3>Free shipping</h3><p>Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum spend.</p><h3>Dispatch</h3><p>Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.</p><h3>Delivery</h3><p>We ship across India through a trusted local courier. Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on your location. We do not ship outside India at present.</p><h3>Tracking</h3><p>Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we send the tracking details directly to you on WhatsApp, using the phone number from your order. Please make sure the number you enter at checkout is the one you use for WhatsApp.</p><h3>Packaging</h3><p>Every order is gift wrapped as standard, with each piece in its own pouch.</p><h3>Delays</h3><p>Occasionally couriers are delayed by weather, festivals or local disruption. If your parcel is running late, message us and we will chase it for you.</p>
